Zesa Medical Devices

Zesa Medical Devices is an İzmir manufacturer of single-use plastic parts for the dental and medical sectors, founded in 2020. Production is done by plastic injection moulding in a clean-room environment.The company first focused on disposable products for in-vitro diagnostics. Working with its business partner SLH Group, which has 25 years of mould-making experience, Zesa aims to replace imported components with local production. It has moved to a new 1,000 m² facility in the İTOB Organised Industrial Zone in Menderes, İzmir.Its range includes burn-out caps and impression parts for dental laboratories, tube caps, sterile tubes, carrier hangers and surgical set boxes. The company states that its products carry the CE mark and that it works to an ISO 13485 quality management system.
