Yükseliş Hastane Ekipmanları was founded in 2005 in the Ivedik Organized Industrial Zone in Ankara. Its first products were intensive care beds, electric and manual beds, hydraulic height-adjustable stretchers, patient transport stretchers, operating transfer stretchers, examination tables, patient dining tables, chests of drawers and lockers. It received ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management certificates in 2006 and in 2010 moved to its own 2,500 m2 facility in the same industrial zone.

Steam sterilizers were added to the product line in 2012, an H2O2 gas plasma sterilizer in 2013 and a washing and disinfection device in 2015. Since 2014 the company has expanded its university-industry collaboration and carries out a TUBITAK project. It holds CE certification under the Medical Devices Directive (CE1984) and the Pressure Equipment Directive (CE1783). Its products have been type-tested by the German firm HYGC, which also carried out validation tests of its steam sterilizers according to EN 17665-1, which they passed.

The company also offers mould design and manufacturing services for the medical device industry, and applies quality management principles from product design through production to after-sales technical service.
