Vagustim

Vagustim is an İstanbul-based developer of non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation devices, located at the İTÜ Arı Teknokent. The idea started in 2015 with the doctoral research of its co-founder, a medical doctor, and the first prototype was built in 2017 together with an engineer co-founder.Its products are the Vagustim V2 and V2 Plus devices with ear-set accessories. Under the VagusMed name the company presents a bilateral auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) device that stimulates the vagus nerve through both ears at the same time, for clinical research and healthcare.The company states that its technology has been shipped to more than 60 countries.
