V2-Evren is the oldest manufacturer of medical products in Türkiye, founded in 1943 by Süreyya Nejat Evren. Its manufacturing facilities in İstanbul produce orthopaedic, trauma and spinal implants, which the company supplies to public and private customers in Türkiye through its network of suppliers and subsidiaries and exports to more than 20 countries.

The company obtained ISO 9002 certification in 1996 and ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 in 1999, allowing it to use the CE mark on nine product groups: bone screws, bone plates, angled blade plates, dynamic hip screw plates, intramedullary nails, spinal systems including cervical and lumbar cages, external fixators, pins, wires and staples, and instruments.
