Sima Medical is an Ankara-based manufacturer and distributor of surgical instruments, founded in 2015 in İvedik Organized Industrial Zone. It started as a trader of surgical implants and instruments and in 2022 obtained ISO 13485 certification and opened its own production line for surgical hand instruments.The company focuses on three fields: arthroscopy (instruments, implants and consumables for shoulder, knee, hip and ankle), spinal surgery (pedicle screw systems, cervical and lumbar fixation, interbody cages) and cranial neurosurgery (cranial fixation, neurosurgical instruments). It also rents intraoperative nerve monitoring and surgical navigation systems and takes part in Ministry of Health tenders.Sima Medical is the Turkish distributor of two foreign manufacturers, serves Türkiye and Northern Cyprus and is a member of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM).
