METsis Medikal is an Ankara-based manufacturer of external defibrillators and describes itself as Türkiye's first and only producer of these devices. It operates at the Ankara Teknopark campus of Yıldırım Beyazıt University through university–industry cooperation and exports to more than 20 countries.

Its Life-Point family includes the Life-Point Pro automated external defibrillator (AED) and the Life-Point PLUS model launched at the end of 2014; the range covers AEDs, biphasic and monophasic defibrillators and defibrillators without monitor.
