Formtopack, based in Kocaeli, has produced medical packaging for the past 15 years as a system supplier, and describes itself as one of Turkey's manufacturers and suppliers of medical packaging. Its services cover packaging development and design, tool making on its own CNC production, thermoforming films from PETG and PETGAG raw materials, and blister trays made in any size and quantity in its own foil department.
It also offers standard blisters, pack carriers and pouches, contract packaging with pre-formed blisters, printed or unprinted sealing lids made of coated Tyvek®, and heat sealing machines designed for clean room use. Further services are sterilization validation (ethylene oxide, gamma, steam and dry heat) and packaging material performance tests, including strength, sealing capability, adhesion width, ageing, leak and visual deformation tests.
