Farmasina began producing a coagulation device in the last quarter of 2010 and became a manufacturer. It was certified as a domestic producer of domestic goods, and in 2011 it obtained ISO 9001/2008 and ISO 13485 certificates. After building its first prototype, the company ran studies in various hospitals and, taking user requests into account, changed the device to make it more efficient and user-friendly.

By December 2017, more than 180 Farmasina devices were in use in state and private hospitals. The device was named Coalyzer 410, from the English terms coagulation and analyzer. Farmasina carries out R&D together with Diagnosystem and says it will continue its studies and investments to be one of the pioneers in the sector.
