Amet Trade Mark Disposable Health Product Inc.

Amet was founded as Amet Endustri ve Ticaret A.S. (Industry & Trade Co.) and began producing disposable healthcare products under the AMET brand in the Mersin Free Trade Zone in 1995. After a name change in 1999, the company continued production under the AMET brand.

Production takes place at a facility in the Haci Sabanci Industrial Trade Zone, with new machinery, experienced staff and close attention to hygiene. The automated machines use polypropylene (nonwoven) and polyethylene raw materials in a high-hygiene production environment that meets food and health industry standards.

The company holds TS EN ISO 9001:2008 + 13485:2003 medical equipment quality management system certification. The AMET brand has CE certification, and the company also holds TSE and TSEK quality certification from the Turkish Standardization Institution. Products include surgical masks, FFP2 masks, caps, and gowns and overalls.
