Elmaslar started its commercial life in 2006 within a group of companies, with professionals who have more than 18 years of experience in medical device manufacturing. It has its own R&D, industrial design and mass production infrastructure and works in university-industry collaboration.

Elmaslar produces oxygen concentrators, ultrasonic nebulisers, compressor nebulisers, surgical aspirators for hospital use, portable surgical aspirators, surgical aspirators for ambulance use and sleep apnoea therapy devices. With its production and after-sales infrastructure it supplies many dealers in Turkey and exports to many countries worldwide. Its stated aim is to be a leader in domestic and international markets.
