Pakten Sağlık Ürünleri began operating in 2000 in the Gaziantep 2nd Organised Industrial Zone as the region's first baby-diaper plant. It produces baby diapers, adult diapers, underpads and wet wipes under brands including Önlem, Joyful, Holder, Leri and Curelex, and exports about 70% of its output.
