What to Have Ready

Company basics

Name as buyers know it, city, address, phone, website and an e-mail for the person who looks after the listing.

Description and products

A short company description and a list of your main products or product groups.

Proof and media

Certificates such as ISO 13485, CE or FDA, your GTİP codes, your logo, and links to LinkedIn, a video or a PDF catalogue.

The 5 steps

From Sign-up to Published Listing

  1. Create your free account

    Go to Login / Sign up and choose Sign up. The listing belongs to this account, and you will use the same login later to update your profile. Use an address that still works if a colleague leaves, such as a shared export mailbox.

  2. Fill in the Company Basics

    The company name, city, country, e-mail address and website are required. Tick every activity that applies: Manufacturer, Distributor, OEM or Service; buyers filter on these. The contact e-mail is not shown on your public page: it is where the site sends you buyer inquiries (RFQ notifications), so use an address that is read every day.

  3. Add Details and Media

    Only the products field is required here, but this is the page that turns a listing into a profile: description, products, represented brands, certificates, GTİP codes, employee count, languages, logo, social links, video and catalogue.

  4. Choose your Categories

    Tick every product category your company genuinely belongs to, such as Dental, Disposables, Laboratory, Orthopedics or Sterilization, and none that do not. Buyers browse the directory by these categories.

  5. Submit and wait for review

    The site confirms that your listing is pending review. The TMI team checks every new listing before it is published, which keeps the directory free of duplicates and of companies outside the medical sector.

Make it count

Details That Win a Buyer's Trust

Do

  • Write the description in plain English, in two or three short paragraphs
  • Group your products: "single-use surgical drapes and gowns", not fifty product codes
  • List each certificate with its standard
  • Upload a clear logo on a plain background
  • Check that your website link opens

Avoid

  • Pasting a machine translation without reading it
  • Marketing phrases that tell a buyer nothing
  • Phone numbers or prices inside the description
  • Brands you do not actually represent
  • Links to social pages that no longer exist
After publishing

Keep It Current

You can update your profile at any time from your account. Changes also go through a short review before they appear, and only one change can wait for review at a time, so collect your edits and send them together.

Tip: treat the listing as a living pageWhen you add a product line, gain a certificate or change your website, update your profile the same week. Buyers judge a supplier by how current its information looks.
