How to Claim Your Company Listing on Turkish Medical Index: 4 Steps
Your company may already be in the directory. Claim it, and you decide what buyers see.
A Listing Nobody Manages Goes Out of Date
An unclaimed listing is a profile that nobody at your company controls. The description may be old, the product list incomplete, and the contact details may point to someone who left years ago. Buyers read that page before they write to you. A claimed listing lets you correct it yourself.
Edit the profile
Owners see an Edit Your Listing button on their company page.
Use the dashboard
Owners also get a link to the My Listing Dashboard.
Avoid duplicates
One company, one page: buyers are not left choosing between two profiles.
From Search to Ownership Request
Search for your company first
Open the company directory and search for your company name. If it is there, open the company page. If it is not, you can list your company for free instead.
Press Claim this listing
On the company page, in the right-hand panel, you will find two links: Claim this listing and Report this listing. Choose the first. A form titled Claim This Listing opens, asking whether you are the owner or an authorised representative of the company.
Fill in the form
Two fields are required: Your Full Name and Your Email. Two more are optional but worth completing: Your Position / Role (for example CEO or Marketing Manager) and Additional Notes. Use the notes to help the team verify you, such as a company e-mail domain that matches the website, or a link to your page on the company site. Use an address that belongs to the company: a personal webmail address gives the team little to verify.
Submit and wait for contact
Press Submit Claim Request. The site confirms that your request has been submitted and that the team will contact you. Ownership is not transferred at once: the form states that TMI will contact you to verify and transfer ownership. Reply to that message promptly and answer any verification questions.
Before and After You Claim
Do
- Claim the listing from a person who really represents the company
- Give your role and a company e-mail address
- Add something verifiable in the notes
- Check the listing once it is yours: description, products, certificates, contact e-mail
- Keep one shared mailbox on record, not only a personal one
Avoid
- Creating a second listing because you could not find the first
- Claiming a listing for a company you do not represent
- Submitting the form several times for the same company
- Using the claim form to correct a typo: use Report this listing for wrong details on a company that is not yours
Complete the Profile
Claiming is the start of the work, not the end of it. A profile that has been checked and brought up to date is the one a buyer is most likely to trust when comparing several suppliers.
When ownership has been transferred, log in with the account that owns the listing and open your company page. The right-hand panel then shows Your Listing with Edit Your Listing and My Listing Dashboard. Start by reading the page as a buyer would: is the description current, are the products grouped sensibly, are the certificates listed with their standards, and does the website link open? Then fix what is out of date in one editing session, because edits to a listing are reviewed by the TMI team before they appear and only one change can wait for review at a time. If you are unsure which details matter most, our guide to listing your company explains each field of the profile and why buyers care about it.
